Mike Chase - CEO
Mike Chase is the CEO of Next Gen Compounding. He began his career in 1985 working in his family Rubber Compounding business. He worked in a variety of technical and operations management capacities. After the family business was sold in 1996, Mike worked to transition the business to the new ownership.
Mike has spent the majority of his life as an entrepreneur. From a young age he looked for opportunities to be entrepreneurial, from selling greeting cards, paper routes, and lawn mowing business to his family compounding business. He has put to practice his extensive experience in the field of elastomer technology to the service of roller and related markets and customers. He has maintained and promoted a vision of specialty customer solutions based on entrepreneurial spirit and values.
Mike has served on the Fort Worth Christian Board of Trustees where his children attended School. He served as the Chairmen of the Board from 2008-2014.
Steve Chase - Vice President
Steve Chase is the Vice President of Next Gen Compounding. He has been working in the rubber industry for 21 years starting in his families rubber compounding business. Once the business was sold, Steve worked in a variety of sales and management positions being promoted throughout his journey due to his ability to foster relationships with the customers, end users, and also supply base of the rubber industry.
Over the last 15 years, Steve was integrally involved in promoting rubber compounding businesses to potential buyers along with a broad spectrum of compounding customers in Rubber Roller, Oil & Gas, Belting, O-Ring, Consumer, and Industrial Rubber goods. He has held a variety of leadership positions working for one of the largest rubber compounders in the world. All of this experience and exposure has prepared him for this new chapter at Next Gen Compounding. His sincere passion to build and create relationships for mutual growth with employees, customers, and suppliers is what generates true energy in everything he does.
Blake Chase - CFO
Blake Chase began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young upon graduation from Harding University. During his time at EY, Blake worked on various Oil & Gas companies in the DFW area. He left public accounting to help start Next Gen Compounding and continue the family legacy in rubber compounding. Blake is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
